Priority Opinion Statement

Sheridan County's voters expect the past fiscal years transactional data to be publish on the county website. Further we expect monthly transactional data for the previous month; going forward. Furthermore, we expect weekly transactional reports for income and new invoices. Finally we expect a commplete record for all tables in the database that the county uses directly or by third party service. The data from the tables should be formated as a CSV with a pipe (|) used as the delimiter. For each column in each table the data type, constraints, and if it is indexed and by which methodology; should be made public.

The voter's of Sheridan County expect to be able to idependently inspect the expenditures for the tax revenue generated from the county's 12 mill levy for county parcels as described above.
